MLP Run is categorized as a FUN RUN activities, we aim to support a healthy lifestyle through fun activities, by taking pictures in every photobooth and passing the obstacle with a spirit of Magical Friendship with your pony pals.
What is the purpose behind The MLP Fun Run Indonesia?Our goals is to encourage and promote running and jogging as a lifelong sport and as one of the best activities for everyone to stay fit and active. By joining this FUN RUN, we believe that younger generation willing to initiate their interest in the sports with pleasure.
Is there any age limitation to participate in My Little Pony Fun Run?We suggest kids aged 6 years old or above to join us. If you are under 6 years old, please download parental consent form and ask your parent to signed it and bring it when you collect your race pack.
What does the Runner get in the Racepack?Each participant can choose race pack as they wish. It is available in 6 theme based on ponies from fantastic world of Equestria. We have Applejack,

Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity.The race pack consist of :
– 1pcs Tshirt

– 2pcs accessories

– 1pcs BIB/chest number

– 1 pcs Run Manual

Can the registration be done over the phone calling to the listed number on website?We do not accept the registration by phone calling. Please purchase through My Litlle Pony Run Indonesia official website indofunrun.com/MLPRun
Can someone else pick up the Racepack for me?Yes, of course! As long as they printed email confirmation, signed Letter of Authority with duty stamp (materai) and copy ID’s of the registered person. Please be warned exchanges would not be permitted after pickup.
Can I change my registration form for another person?Unfortunately, the registration form can’t be changed/transferable.
How do I get the Racepack?All details information of when and where to pick up the Racepack will be informed on My Little Pony Run Indonesia official website and social media.
Is the My Little Pony Run safe for every runner?We are committed to provide the best and safest event for each participant. Through test trials in each material and attributes that we use along the route.
What if I get hurt during the race?If you injure yourself during the race, please notify the committee. Immediate action will be taken to ensure you get the appropriate medical attention.
Am I allowed to bring mobile phone into the race?Yes, absolutely. However, we strongly advise you to be extra careful with your devices during the Fun Run. Each participant is recommended to bring their own mobile phone in order to participate in the Fun Run festivity, take selfies and exchange the photos with limited merchandise!
How long does the My Little Pony Fun Run take?It depends on you! MLP Fun Run 5K is not a race measured by time. Runners will enjoy the moment while running and don’t have to care about the problem of time and speed.
Can I issue a refund?The ticket purchased is strictly non- refundable. Make sure you can join the event before deciding to register.
Can I get a refund if the race is cancelled due to bad weather?If the race has to be cancelled, there will be no refund of any payment made related to the event. This is stated under the rules and regulations
Do I have to go to the reception desk on the event day?No, please bring your BIP and meet at the start point.Can I purchase the merchandise without registering as a participant of My Litte Pony Fun Run?
Yes, you can purchase the merchandise on event day but stock depend on availability.

Is there a place to store items/bags?Runners are recommended to arrive early to store their bags and to avoid long queues. Security will be enforced during the event. However, do note that the Race Organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items. Participants who choose to use this service should consider.
